Starting late 2004, the company began offering QuickBooks(the most popular financial accounting software package for small and medium enterprises or SMEs) to clients in different industries - manufacturing, wholesale and retail trading, professional services.
ARKSYSTEMShas an established Customer Support Unit (CSU) currently serving more than 300 restaurants and bars. The CSU has the following capabilities:
- Help-desk for phone-in support;
- On-site servicing;
- Remote diagnostics and support, especially for customers outside Metro Manila.
